This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported an issue with the WPML Advanced Translation Editor where the progress indicator always shows 100%, even when there are draft segments.
Solution:
We explained that the appearance of a dash-line status indicates that the sentence is translated automatically. If the sentence is in Draft status, it will display an orange color line instead of a blue color line. Editing the sentence and clicking on Save changes the status to a straight-line, indicating manual translation. In both scenarios, the sentence is considered translated, and the total showing 100% is accurate. Hi,

before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

Could you please provide a specific example of the issue you're encountering? For instance, do you complete a task 100%, but it doesn’t update on the frontend?

Thank you!

Best regards,
Marcel

Hello.

You should see in the enclosed video that the translation job completes, but the percentage complete indicator stays on 100% whether there are draft segments or not.

You should see a video enclosed here

Hi Mark,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

Those sentences are translated automatically and it has the dash-line status. If the translation sentence is in Draft status, it will have the orange color line instead of the blue color line. Please check the attached screenshot.

I hope that makes sense.

Hi,

Can you share a screenshot or a screen record (full screen) that shows a or some sentences that are not completed and the translation status still shows 100%?

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi,

As I already mentioned https://wpml.org/forums/topic/advanced-translation-editor-total/#post-16014261

if you see the dash-line status, which means the sentence is translated automatically, it is actually translated.

if you edit the sentence and click on Save, the status will be changed to straight-line, which means the sentence is translated manually.

In both cases, the sentence is translated and the total shows 100% is correct.

Thanks.

OK thanks understood.
However its a change from the previous design, a bit disconcerting.

Previously you had 2 ratios I think, blank and confirmed, but it din't work so well. Updating my mindset.
