Background of the issue:
I have recently migrated a development site, raypa.rkinnova.com, to the production site: raypa.com. I have updated the WPML license with the client account.

Symptoms:
The advanced translator does not work. When we click to translate, the Translations Queue opens instead, and that does not work properly either. hidden link

Questions:
How can we fix the issue with the advanced translator not working after site migration?
Why does the Translations Queue open instead of the advanced translator?
What steps should be taken to resolve the Translations Queue not working properly?
