Background of the issue:
I turned on automatic translation for my website and expected it to translate the entire website front end. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
After enabling automatic translation, the translated page shows garbled characters and errors.

Questions:
Why does the translated page show garbled characters and errors?
How can I fix the translation to display correctly?
