Allocated credits do not appear on my website. I have followed the website registration process. My 30000 credits are still not visible.

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I’d be happy to assist you with this issue.

Could you please try unregistering the current site and registering it again using a new site key to see if that resolves the problem?

Please follow these steps:
- Remove the existing site key from: https://wpml.org/account/sites/
- Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin in your WordPress dashboard.
- Open the Commercial tab.
- Click on the "Unregister WPML" link.
- Register the site again using the new site key.
