Could you navigate to your account here https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and remove the hidden link domain? Then, register a new site key for this domain hidden link and then, replace the sitekey here hidden link

No worries, switching the sitekey will not remove any translations.

Open this link hidden link and click on the "Unregister WPML from this site" as shown in the attached screenshot. Then, register WPML with the new sitekey that you generated.

when i go to the themes in the administrator, i do not longer have the update notification for the theme. so i do not think it needs update. can you please check it out and in case it does not need update to search the solution with the second tier support

We have a solution and kindly insert the custom PHP code below into your theme's functions.php file. Then, the language switcher will show up on your mobile menu.

add_filter( 'wpml_ls_exclude_in_menu', function( $isExcluded ) {
	if ( isset( $_POST['action'] ) && 'alpha_load_mobile_menu' === $_POST['action'] ) {
		return false;
	}

	return $isExcluded;
} );
