I duplicated the WordPress on a staging site and am now slowly trying to add translations by WPML to the site.

DE is the primary language - the pages show custom templates and styles.

However, the pages for the target language EN do not carry over the styling. See the image: [Problematic5tyling in EN.png]

I am using Inspiro Blocks.

Very sorry, but I cannot understand why we synchronize WordPress menues. Which works fine.

But when I reference such a menu within a block (Inspiro Blocks) this is not recognized when rendered.

I also do not understand why translated pages do not apply the customizations of the page template, page template parts to the translation result.

Your WPML possible cannot handle such blocks.

Please reply asap, because our project manager is now set up to remove WPML from our site.

I followed the instructions of this page:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-content-created-using-gutenberg-editor/

but still the styling of the templates and template parts are not visible in the transation results.

Do you have any ideas why this happesn?

Hi Valerie,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

I see the style of paragraph text is not copied to the English language, please check these screenshots

It could be a compatibility issue between Inspiro Block and WPML. Please help us to replicate the issue on a clean installation of WordPress. With this link, you will be logged-in directly

Kindly follow the steps below:

- Don’t restore your site there.
- Install the theme Inspiro Block.

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks

Just for your information. The sandbox starts clean and it works fine.
I assume that I need to first clean up the old site (with old formatting stuff)
and then see what I can do about WPML.

The only problem I now encountered was.... I now corrupted the translator-queue which no longer can be loaded.

Last question for this intermediate stage of the issue is: Is there a way to reset WMPL and still NOT LOSE translated results?

Thank you very much for your feedback. It showed to me that the menu blocks were outdated and pointing to the wrong domain. I am still new to the concept of blocks in WordPress.

Furthermore, WPML feels really great - like a high-class limousine. But for our purposes, the application is too heavy for our small-sized website.

For this reason, We decided NOT touse WMPL today but instead to use a more simplistic approach for our website with 20-or-less-pages.
