Assign non-existing languages to secondary language

Michael	I have a site with two languages: Russian and English. Russian is set as primary and English is set as secondary. The content is created in Russian and then translated to English using WPML's AI – PTC. Also, I have a browser language redirect turned on. What I need is to assign many other languages to English. So that people who have French, German and other languages as default in their browsers would see English version of my articles by default. How do I do that? I know I can do that by turning on English language as primary but in that case it's not very convenient to create new articles since PTC automatically translates from primary to secondary only.
