Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the homepage of our website, which is in English, into German and French. The issue can be seen on the German and French store homepages at hidden link.

Symptoms:
The text size, button shape, and text spacing are inconsistent with the default English homepage.

Questions:
Why are the text size, button shape, and text spacing different on the translated pages?
How can I make the translated homepages look exactly like the default homepage?

Hi there,

Please go to WPML->Settings->Custom Fields Translation -> check the box for Show "Multilingual Content Setup" meta box on the post-edit screen. and save.

Once done, edit the page in question and scroll to the bottom.

Click on "show system fields" and share a screenshot of that area with me, please.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

Please give my user administrator access level as I am not able to review the WPML plugin or the translations, also the translations redirect to a shop. domain.

Sorry but please try again.

In addition to the homepage, we also encountered similar problems in the product interface.
We have customized the product template in Avada's layout, but after translation, the translated product page will automatically become the default template of WooCommerce. Please help correct it at the same time. We want the French product page to be consistent with the English product page.

Hi there,

I am trying to further debug this issue, however, each time I need to review the secondary language (French) even in the backed of the site while logged in, I am forcibly redirected to hidden link

is there a currently 301 redirect set up that would even force the backend items to be redirected?

We don't have a redirect set up on the home page, only on the product page. Can you please take a look at what's going on?
