There is a problem with the front-end jump, but we see that everything jumps normally in the back-end, so could you please go to the back-end to see if there is a problem with the settings?

Unfortunately, I cannot further debug this issue at the current state.

Please discuss with your team regarding the access and what might be causing this for me and our team to further debug this issue.

Also, if access to your live environment is not possible we have a few options:

1. You can install the plugin Duplicator from the WP directory and share with us a duplicator package to test locally

2. Share access to a staging site

3. Install the Cloudways migration plugin and migrate a copy of our site to our Cloudways staging servers.
