ATE Editor Intermittently Removing Paragraphs/Newlines and Links

lynneA	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate an article from English to Spanish. We have tried the workaround here (disabling "I prefer bigger segments"): https://wpml.org/errata/line-breaks-are-ignored-when-using-the-advanced-translation-edior/. We have also tried the workaround of "Use the previous version of the Advanced Translation Editor" outlined here: https://wpml.org/announcements/2024/07/new-and-improved-advanced-translation-editor/. Symptoms: The translated article has no paragraphs/newlines or links as the original article. Questions: Why is the ATE Editor intermittently removing paragraphs/newlines and links? How can I ensure the translated article retains the same formatting and links as the original?
