Background of the issue:
I am trying to retranslate a Spanish link on the page hidden link. I expected to see only the links which are in the original text.

Symptoms:
ATE shows links to translate which are not in the original text. Instead, I got links which I cannot translate.

Why are there links in ATE that are not in the original text?
How can I ensure only the original text links are shown for translation?
