I have started checking autoloaded options to try and reduce the slow navigation in the backend of various websites. The options in question are wcml_trbl_products_needs_fix_postmeta and wcml_trbl_translated_variations, with option_value_length of 283650 and 121513 respectively.
Symptoms:

Can I safely delete the autoload options wcml_trbl_products_needs_fix_postmeta and wcml_trbl_translated_variations?

wp_options: 640.000 records / 67MB
wp_woocommerce_order_itemmeta: 278.000 records / 20MB
