Background of the issue:
I am experiencing a notification in Site Health that says 'Autoloaded options could affect performance.' After checking the wp_options table, I found that some WPML-related entries are increasing in size, which I believe is causing this warning in the admin panel. The site I need help with is hidden link.

Symptoms:
Notification in Site Health: 'Autoloaded options could affect performance.'

Questions:
Could you please advise me on how I can resolve the issue with the autoloaded options affecting performance?
Is there any documentation that you are following?

My application has been pending for over 1 day and 7 hours.
I'm still waiting for at least some kind of response

Hi,

thanks for contacting us.

We are aware there are some issues with large auto-loading options and our developers are working to improve how WPML manages them. Unfortunately, at the moment we don't have a workaround to offer.

We can take a look to a database dump if you want, but we can't guarantee we can offer a solution at this time.
