Background of the issue:
I am using the classical editor in WordPress with the WPML plugin. I attempted to use the automatic detection feature for images and media, but it did not work as expected. The media inserted in a post did not appear in the translation, and its alt text and caption remained in the original language. I deactivated the option, but now there is a large banner in the admin area advertising this feature, which I find bothersome.

Symptoms:
The automatic detection of images and media does not work properly with the classical editor. Media inserted in a post did not show up in the translation, and its alt text and caption were in the original language. Additionally, there is a large banner in the admin area that I want to remove.

Questions:
Can we suppress the banner from the admin?

Hi,

before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

The banner has an ‘X’ close button on the right side. Does it reappear after being clicked?

Best Regards
Marcel

Hi, thanks. The "x" was hidden by the "screen options" and "help" dropdown (and it was not really contrasted).

Works well.
