Hi,
Welcome to WPML support. I will answer this ticket before the ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues.
Please go to WPML > Languages and click the Edit languages link to show the language table.
At the last column of the table you will see a section to map your languages to a supported one for the automated translation.

Can you try the following steps?
1. Go to Plugins → Add New and click the Commercial tab. Click Unregister WPML from this site.
2. Once the page loads, click on Register WPML.
3. Register the site using this key ae8afb3e17
4. Check if you can use the automatic translation
If the issue persists, do the following:
1. Go to Plugins → Add New and click the Commercial tab. Click Unregister WPML from this site.
2. Once the page loads, click on Register WPML. A message asking you to enter the site key will appear. Click on Get a key for this site.
3. In your WPML account, complete the site key wizard and set it to Production site.
4. Copy your new key and paste it in the Commercial tab. When done, you can delete your old site key in the WPML account.
5. Assign the credits again to the newly registered site.
6. Translate.
