I've made some changes to the ACF translation options and could you please perform a "save/update" on the primary language page? It should fix it as shown here hidden link
I changed the "Select a translation option for this field group" for this ACF group "Pagina opties" to "Same fields across languages" as shown in the attached screenshot.
