This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: If you're experiencing issues where buttons on your multilingual website still redirect to the default language version after translation, the problem may be related to how the internal URLs are added to the buttons in the default language. Solution: We recommend checking how the URLs are added to the default language page. In a specific case, the issue was with the slider button URLs. We resolved this by editing the page with Elementor and using only the slug instead of the full URL for the buttons. After making this change, update the page and its translation to ensure that the buttons in the translated version correctly redirect to the corresponding language. If this solution doesn't seem relevant to your issue, please don't hesitate to open a new support ticket with us.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I translated a website from french to english, but all the buttons still redirect to the french version. Is there a way to do it automatically ?
Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.
1) First of all, sorry for the late reply; it was due to a higher workload. Please let me know how these URLs are added to the default language and how it's translated.
2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read a detailed explanation about it here. (http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support)
The debug info will give me much information about how your site is configured.
I know how to translate these manually. I paid for automatic translation, and I want to know how to do it automatically as I am thinking of using this function more and more.
Thanks for your update. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
Thanks for the access details. I checked the issue, and it happened only on the slider button, so as a workaround, I edited the page using Elementor and used only the slug, not the full URL. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)
After that, I update the page and its translation. Kindly check if the English slider buttons work correctly.
