Tell us what you are trying to do?- we are trying to remove the pages which has created by wpml
Is there any documentation that you are following? - nope
Is there a similar example that we can see? - hidden link ( english version) WE DONT WONT TO SHOW THIS IN OTHER LANGUAGE LIKE (hidden link ) this is also indexed so we wont to remove all the archives
please note that our support policy doesn't include calls. All support is provided through this forum. Based on your description, this seems more like an expected behaviour than a bug. Please explain what exactly is wrong here.
If you don't want those archives to be translated, a 301 redirect is the easiest solution.
thanks for the info. If the redirect is correctly active (confirm with $ curl -Ils yourdomain.com/xxx) you might need to ask in Google Search Console for another crawl.
Please note that we don't have influence if your content is updated on the Google index or not. So long as the redirect itself is correctly set up, it's up to Google to remove that content.
This isn't what I'm looking for; it appears that we must stop the service because the problem is critical and negatively impacting our business, and the forum support isn't very helpful.
Then what are you looking for exactly? I'm sorry, but your description is unclear to see what you are trying to solve.
1) So you want to avoid listing archives, such as hidden link or hidden link so that they can't get indexed? Is this correct? Should they not open or respond with a 404?
2) What about the listing entries: hidden link hidden link
Should they show hidden link or respond with a 404?
Because as far as I see on your debug info, the translation of the CPT is turned off. So, no archive should be viewable at all; it should respond with a 404. Did you create the CPT using "Post Types Unlimited"? Can you replicate the same issue on a staging environment, registering the CPT via code or using the CPTUI plugin?
Best Regards
Marcel
