This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
My website is in 4 languages, All the content has been translated, Now if I make changes in either; a picture or changing a text to H2 to H1 or any smalls changes, can It be applied in my other 3 languages pages also?

Solution:
This will happen when using Automatically Translate everything, but you must use the WPML Translation Editor to translate the page. If you are using manual translation, there is no way to use the automatic translation option.
