[Resolved] Avada button link not showing in translation editor to translate
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was unable to see the Avada button link in the WPML Advanced Translation Editor for translation.
Solution: We recommended adding a custom language configuration for the Avada button in WPML by navigating to WPML>>Settings>>Custom XML Configuration. The client should then update the test page in the desired language to refresh the translation settings. The custom XML configuration to add is:

Avada button link not showing in translation editor to translate
Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.
Please try the following steps after a full site backup{mandatory} and make sure the issue exists or not.
1) Upgrade to the latest version of WPML(4.6.9 series)
2) Clear all types of caches
3) Visit Settings>>Permalinks, and resave the settings
4) Update the page in the original language to refresh the translation settings
In some cases, we have to search for the URL and HTML attributes in the Advanced Translation Editor. Then only it will list for translation. Please refer to the following doc for more details.
Thank you for the updates. I can reproduce the issue on this page - hidden link
It looks like a compatibility conflict. So please upgrade to the latest version of the Avada theme(7.11.2) and plugins after a full site backup{mandatory}.
Then update the page in the original language after a minor edit in the contents and check whether the bug exists or not.
Thank you for the updates. We would like to make sure the bug exists in a minimal setup or not. So is it okay to deactivate all other plugins and switch to Avada parent theme on your staging site?
Also, please allow me to make a duplicator copy of your site using the Duplicator plugin(https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/) for debugging the issue on my local server(in case of further debugging and escalation).
We are still working on this issue. It is working as expected in a minimal setup. When WPML, WooCommerce & Avada plugins are only active with Avada theme. Refer to the attached image for more details.
So it looks like a conflict from other plugins. One request, please check the issue is existing in a minimal setup or not. It will help us a lot in debugging.
Thank you for the feedback. I feel strange, it was showing to me the day before yesterday. The issue exists when I add the Page URL for testing. But the Button links show the translation on the front end. Please check.
In most cases, WPML Editor will adjust the internal links to translations automatically. So this is an expected result.
But I am getting the expected after adding the following language configuration in WPML>>Settings>>Custom XML Configuration and updating the test page in French to refresh the translation settings.
