This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You have translated your Avada menu and header layout using WPML, but the correct header layout is not displaying on the translated pages.
Solution:
We recommend checking the layout display settings for your translated pages. Specifically, ensure that the correct pages are set in the layout display settings to display the transparent header. This adjustment should resolve the issue of the incorrect header appearing on your translated pages.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket. Additionally, please check the related known issues and verify that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. For further assistance, you can also visit our support forum.

Background of the issue:
I have translated my Avada menu and header layout using WPML. I have one default non-transparent header and one transparent header for specific pages.

Symptoms:
The translation is not showing the correct header in the front end.

Questions:
How do I make it so the correct header layout in Avada is shown to the correct translated pages.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

1) I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read a detailed explanation about it here. (http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support)
The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured.

Best regards,
Osama

Hi,

Thanks for the access details. Please check if the transparent header appears correctly. (hidden link)

I added the front page in the layout display setting, which fixed the issue.

Best regards,
Osama
