This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where some sidebar layouts from the Avada Theme were showing on the default language pages but not on the translated pages.
Solution:
1. We asked the client how they were adding the sidebar to the page and how they were translating the page.
2. Upon reviewing the client's website, we discovered that the layout named "Industrial" was not set for the translated version of the FAQ's (Preguntas Frecuentes) page. We then set the correct layout for the translation, and the sidebar should now display correctly on the translated pages.

If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend checking if the correct layout is set for your translated pages. If the solution provided here is not relevant to your case, perhaps because it's outdated or not applicable to your situation, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hi Marsel, Thanks for your prompt response.

The side bar is added to the page from a layout of Avada Theme. I use the automatic translation of WPML.

Hi,

I was able to check your website and I noticed that the layout "Industrial" wasn't set for the translation of the page FAQ's (Preguntas Frecuentes), please check images attached.

I've set it and it should be working fine now, could you please check and let me know?

Regards,
Marsel

Dear WPLM Team,

Consider this review a standing ovation for your website whisperer, the ever-so-talented Marsel Nikolli! My website went from looking like a toddler attacked it with glitter glue to a sleek, polished masterpiece, all thanks to Marsel's magic touch (and probably some serious coding wizardry).

Not only did Marsel fix the issue like a boss, but he did it with the speed of a cheetah fueled by espresso and the charm of a stand-up comedian. The whole process was so smooth and enjoyable, I almost considered leaving my website broken just to chat with Marsel again (kidding... mostly).

Seriously though, Marsel's communication was clear, concise, and even humorous at times, which is pretty unheard of in the world of tech support. They patiently answered every question I had (even the ones that probably made them roll their eyes internally) and kept me updated throughout the process.

So, WPLM, huge thanks for sending my website savior in the form of Marsel Nikolli. He deserve a raise, a promotion, and maybe even a lifetime supply of He's favorite snacks (bribery can't hurt, right?).

Sincerely,

A newbie website developer forever grateful (and slightly less stressed)
