You purchased credits and assigned them, but WPML still indicates that you have no credits, and this issue has occurred previously.
Solution:
We have confirmed with our administrative team that your recent invoice was for upgrading your account to the WPML Agency Subscription, which includes 90000 credits. These credits should appear in your account. Please check by navigating to WPML -> Translation Dashboard -> Tools to see if the credits are displayed there. If you do not see the credits, please inform us, and we can investigate further by requesting access to your site.
