Hi Andrea,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support, I will gladly help you.

From your account, I see that you have a Multilingual CMS license type which includes 3 production and 9 development websites.

Is there any error that shows up or you don't see any option to add a second website on your wpml.org account?

Looking forward to your reply,
Marsel

This is where I found this: https://wpml.org/de/account/websites/
Where do you add another website or add a development site to the one that's already listed?

Hi,

Can you please tell me if you purchased the Multilingual CMS using the same account you had before or if you created a new one?

* I've noticed on your previous ticket that you had an End user type of license (which means that you got the license from someone else and that allows only the website you got from that person).

Looking forward to your reply,
Marsel

I updated the current account. As you said, you can see that I have 3 productions. But I cannot add another one. There’s no option. I need to get this resolved quickly now as it’s really hindering working on a project. Thank you in advance.

I don’t know what you mean with „you got the license from someone else“. This is my account. It was my license for one of my webpages. I have 2 webpages and that’s why I upgraded. I did not get a webpage from another person.

"We've canceled your subscription manually. Please purchase a new subscription Multilingual CMS with the current account and let me know how it goes." This was the information I got from support end of April and it's what I did. I was able to purchase the Multilingual CMS. If it won't be working on several sites, why allow the purchase? I am confused. 😩

Hi,

On your previous ticket related to the Multilingual CMS subscription issue (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/i-am-currently-on-the-multilingual-blog-subscription-and-would-like-to-upgrade-to-multilingual-cms/), you mentioned that you were getting an error saying: "You can't buy this subscription as End user".

That means that the license you had was for only 1 website, and that kind of license is generally given when someone had your website in his wpml.org account and passed it to you (End user account).

The license that you upgraded to Multilingual CMS, as mentioned before, includes 3 production and 9 development websites.

I've escalated the issue to our systems team so they can check further what might be the issue in your case.

Thanks for understanding and I'll update you as soon as I have feedback from the team.

Regards,
Marsel

Hi,

I've got an update from the team and you should be able to register new sites on your account now. They suggested you re-register the website hidden link again on your account.

Let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance.

Kind regards,
Marsel
