This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client tried to translate some pages created with Bricks builder but only the page title was available in the advanced translation editor.

Solution:
The string translation plugin was disabled and it's required to translate the content created with the Bricks theme.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am trying to translate my Site. I wish to use automatic translation, and I entered all neccessary information for Pay-as-you-go service. However, when I add the page to Translation management, I gow just a title of that page. So, I can't translate anything but the title. You can see the screenshot attached.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I read all documentation I found regarding Bricks builder and WPML. I found also the same issue here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/can-only-translate-title-of-page-built-with-bricks-builder/

Is there a similar example that we can see?
I am not sure. I mean, I had the same problem on another Site, but in that case I translate whole Site manualy, one by one page. This time I wish to pay, and speed up translation with automatic translation.

What is the link to your site?

Hi there,
Thanks for contacting WPML support.

Could you please tell me if the page content is added directly to the page or using a separate template?

If you're using a template, you need to translate it first as described here: hidden link

If this is not the case, could you please try to reproduce it on our testing server to check if this is a compatibility issue?

I have created this clean sandbox setup on our servers here:

Please set up WPML + the WPML add-ons as you have them on your site (they are already installed) and also install the theme/plugin. Then create a page the same way it's created on your site and I will check if I can replicate the issue with the automatic translation.

Please don't install anything else like plugins that are not necessary, on a clean sandbox we try to use just the WPML plugins and the plugin/theme that's part of the issue.

If the issue is going to take place on this clean setup on our servers too, then I can forward this to our compatibility department.

Kind regards,
Mohamed

Hello Mohamed,
Thank you very much for your feedback. I installed the Bricks on the Sandbox environment, and the same issue happened there. Please, check my video with all the steps explained: hidden link

Thank you very much.
All the best!

Hi,

Please enable the WPML String Translation plugin (https://wpml.org/download/wpml-string-translation/?section=changelog) then the issue will be fixed. The plugin was not activated on the sandbox and doesn't exist in the list of your plugins.

After activating the plugin then updating the About Us Page on the sandbox, all the content was available in the translation editor as you see in the attached screenshot.

For the pages that are already exist, please update them with the following steps:

1. Edit the page in the default language
2. Make a small change and update it
3. Send the page again for translation

Kind regards,
Mohamed
