Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and trying to activate a translation service in WPML. Specifically, I am in WPML > Translation Management > Translators.

Symptoms:
Clicking on 'Activate' in a Translation Service item refreshes the page without showing the pop-up.

Questions:
Why does clicking 'Activate' in a Translation Service item only refresh the page without showing the pop-up?
