[Closed] Cannot connect Prod site to WPML

Hello,

Am not sure what has happeend but since yesterday i donot see my productoin page on the Add/assign credits section while i see the site is registered in the WPML registered sites section. also on my wordpress side when i try to add more credits it shows me only Pay as you go option. We are in the middle of hte migration and this issue is a show stopper . i would really appreciate if someone fomr your team can assisst us further.

Welcome to WPML support. I'd be happy to help you with this.

Can you provide me the URL of the site for which the problem exists?

Also, can you follow these steps:
1. Go to https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and delete the sitekey
2. Go to the Plugins → Add New page.
3. Click on the Commercial tab.
4. Then, click the unregister WPML
5. Then click on register WPML and click on the link below the input box that says "get a sitekey for the site"
6. Register it with new key
