I would like to ask for temporary access to your site’s wp-admin and FTP to investigate the issue further.
It is important to note that you should back up your site and database before proceeding, and you can use a plugin like Duplicator for this purpose. Here’s a link to the plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

Hello! Unfortunately, access to the admin dashboard is forbidden outside our company' s network. Do you use teamviewer? I tied it again and got the error: cURL error 51: Unable to communicate securely with peer: requested domain name does not match the server's certificate. This is a different one.

Hello,
The new error is related often refers to an issue with the SSL Certificate that is setup for the domain. The error message is generally followed by a ":" disclosing additional information about the error. For your case it is happening on both Domains :

From the reports above, I could see there is something missing in terms of SSL configuration.
Another thing that you should take in consideration, can you verify again if the registered URL under your WPML account matches the domain configured under WPML > Languages?
For Teamviewer, unfortunately we do not offer support through remote controls apps, but that shouldn't be a problem, you could check the following and share your findings :
1- I would love if you could go to WPML > SUPPORT > Installer Support > Click on Check Now and do a full screenshot of what that page shows
2- Then check if the URL is correct, includes the HTTPS protocol and same format on both Servers, WPML configuration and WPML account
3- Contact your hosting provider to check what the error is about from the report that i sent you above
4- One other possibility is that this problem is related to your server settings, especially the cURL extension and its configuration. To solve it, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to update the cURL extension, make sure it matches your current PHP version and allow the SSLV3 extension.
Hello! Thank you very much for your assistance! The ssl is automatically generated and renewed, it' s letsEncrypt. I attach the screenshot you asked. Thank you once again.

Hello,
Thank you for the screenshot,
As you can see here : hidden link , both our API's are not working properly, and after verifying with our systems team to check if we got anything about your site on our servers,
The problem seems to be on your site itself. Your host is probably blocking the outgoing connection to our API. Please re-contact your host to check if they are indeed blocking api.wpml.org.
From our side, we are not seeing any connection coming in from both your sites :

That means the request wasn't sent from your server yet or it is blocked. (You could ask for the log file of all requests sent to api.wpml.org)
Other things you could consider is to update your WPML plugins to latest version (current version your are using is outdated) and to re-generate and register another key.
Best,
