Hi,
I am facing an issue with translating specific strings on the WooCommerce "My Account" page while using the Porto Theme.

The strings are:
First Name
Last Name
Forgot Password?

What I have already tried:

Theme and Plugins Localization: I have scanned both the Porto Theme and the Porto Functionality plugin multiple times.

String Translation: I searched for these strings in all domains, but they do not appear in the list.

Admin Texts: I checked "Translate texts in admin screens" and searched for these strings in the porto_settings and woocommerce options, but they are not listed there.

Cache: I have cleared all caches (Theme, Plugin, and Browser).

Could you please help me locate these strings? Are they part of a specific domain or hidden in a configuration file that I need to register?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML support. I’d be happy to assist you with this issue.

Access to the environment where the issue occurs would be very helpful in investigating the reported problem.
Would it be possible to provide us with access to an environment where the issue can be reproduced (preferably a non-production environment with the smallest possible amount of data)? This would allow us to create a copy where we can replicate the issue and look for a solution.

I look forward to your reply. Thank you and best regards.

Hello,
I may need more detailed instructions on how to reproduce the issue, because it seems that I managed to find the strings you mentioned:

- admin panel:` WPML / Μετάφραση συμβολοσειρών` (String translation)

- I fill in the fields:
- `Αναζήτηση για: First Name`
- `Στον τομέα: Όλοι οι τομείς`

I’m attaching a screenshot showing the element you are interested in and that you can translate. It is important not to set filters that might hide the element when we don’t know where to look for it. Additionally, some phrases are very common and appear in many domains.

For example, `First Name` and `Last Name` are located in the `woocommerce` domain, while `Forgot Password?` is in the `porto` domain.

The Porto theme is built from “two” parts, so it requires searching both Porto and Porto-Child (default). This can be done as follows:

- Admin panel: `WPML / Τοπική προσαρμογή θέματος και προσθέτων`
- Expand Themes, and also select Porto – I have added a screenshot showing how to do this.
- Then click the button at the bottom: `Σάρωση επιλεγμένων στοιχείων για συμβολοσειρές`

After this operation, the strings should appear in the same way as `Last Name`, but within the `Porto` domain.

Please confirm whether this resolves the problem. If not, I would kindly ask for additional instructions on how to reproduce the issue.

Best regards.
