We cannot use ATE to create pages. Both the urls tested worked but we're still getting the error message in the screenshot and ATE is failing to create a page. |

Hi Shekar, So this doesn't seem correct. If the jobs are completed on your side, but when our site calls POST hidden link, your API it returns: - {"items":[],"edited":[],"has_failed_comments":false,"eta":{"available":false}} - If the jobs are complete, why is items empty? Our site can't download what your API doesn't return. Can you check why the sync endpoint returns no items for our website_uuid 39386166-3566-5836-b265-643439323637 even though the jobs (editor_job_ids: Is there a specific API call we can trigger to force the download?" Regarding the job id: 192930409, can you open this page in WordPress editor and try to translate it from there: hidden link instead of WPML->Translation Dashboard and see if it helps? It's hard to provide you answers without the logins so I am trying my best to see if this methods works. Thanks |

However, clicking 'Save and Complete' fails because: - GET ate.wpml.org/api/wpml/jobs/192930409 - Your API returns NO job data — no status_id, no content, nothing. This causes: - The translation exists in your ATE editor but your API endpoints return empty responses for all queries about this job. This - This is a server-side issue on your ATE cloud. Please escalate. Please investigate why jobs submitted from website_uuid 39386166-3566-5836-b265-643439323637 are not being stored/processed on your ATE cloud. I really appreciate your help here!
