Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with registering your WPML on a WordPress multisite setup.
Solution:
We recommend activating WPML on your main site. Once activated, you should be able to unregister and then re-register the site key. This step is crucial for ensuring that WPML functions correctly across your multisite environment.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket.

I see that your main site is w724.com. So you should activate there WPML and you will be able to unregister and register the site key.
