Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate patterns through Appearance -> Patterns -> WordPress editor Duplicate on the site hidden link.
Symptoms:
Can't see translation options with new Patterns interface.
They were present in the old interface.
Questions:
How can I see translation options through new pattern interface in WPML?
