Can't target header button for translation

karlaA-3	Background of the issue: I need to get the Contact Us button to translate. I have already translated the strings but nothing is updating. Symptoms: Nothing is updating to the correct language or URL Questions: Why isn't it working properly? I have followed the instructions in other support forums but it's not updating.
