Can't translate the strings in other plugin even though I translated them in string translation

williamC-38	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate fields generated by the B2BKing Pro plugin on my website hidden link. I found the keywords in the plugin search and translated them using WPML string translation. Symptoms: The fields are not translated on the website even though I translated them in WPML string translation. Questions: Why are the fields not translated on the website despite being translated in WPML string translation? How can I ensure the fields generated by the B2BKing Pro plugin are translated correctly?

williamC-38	I should have rollback the site because wpml functionality didn't work due to the above issue.
