[Resolved] Category and sub category pages error (404 Page Not Found)
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: If you're trying to access category and subcategory pages on your site in different languages, such as English and Korean, and you encounter a 404 error, this might be due to the hiding of the slug feature from SEO plugins. Solution: We recommend trying the following plugin: No Category Base WPML, which has helped many of our clients resolve similar issues. Please install and activate this plugin, then check if the category and subcategory pages are loading correctly in all languages.
If this solution does not seem relevant to your situation, or if you continue to experience issues, please open a new support ticket with us, and we'll be happy to assist you further.
This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

I am trying to:
- Go to the category and sub category pages of our site using english and korean language, but we always encounter a 404 error.
Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
- All category and sub category pages.
- Sample: hidden link
I expected to see:
- No error
Instead, I got:
- 404 Page Not Found
Troubleshooting that we do:
- Increase the WordPress memory limit.
- Save the settings without changing anything in WP Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.
- Deactivate or Activate some plugins.
- Clone the site to another hosting.
Note:
- This is a fresh server/droplet setup in DigitalOcean.
Hi team, since this site hidden link is LIVE already. We transferred/cloned the error to casinoonlineph.net. We found a temporary solution: if the "Show the categories prefix in the slug" in Yoast SEO > Settings > Categories & Tags > Categories > Additional settings is on, it's working and can change the English and Korean language normally. All the categories and sub categories are working fine.
The said setting is off here: casinoonlineph.net, so you see the 404 error.

Hello!
I'm going to help you gets started while a supporter takes your case.
It seems that the problem you are facing is due to the hiding of the slug, a somewhat legacy feature from SEO plugins that is not compatible with WPML (nor it will, due to its nature).
