This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are experiencing 404 errors on translated category pages after using WPML to translate your entire site.
Solution:
We resolved this issue by re-saving the permalinks and flushing the cache. We recommend you try the following steps:
1. Navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
2. Go to Settings > Permalinks and simply click 'Save Changes' to re-save your permalink settings.
3. Clear your site's cache through your caching plugin or your hosting provider's control panel.
After completing these steps, please check if the translated category pages are loading correctly.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
