I spoke with my colleagues, and it would be quite a lot of work to create a 1:1 mirror image because the site is so large.
There isn't much there anyway, just content, so we would be happy if you could test it on the existing development system.
Thank you for waiting. I carried out several tests on a local copy I created of your site, as well as on your live site. I created a new page, inserted the template, and the issue could not be reproduced. The same happened with a copy of the page in question.
It seems to be an isolated issue. I fixed the page in question by changing the title, saving it, and then reverting it, which causes the translations to update, and the issue was resolved. If you encounter the problem again, please let me know.

We found that sending the page to translation via WPML > Translation Dashboard fixed the issue. Please let us know if it happens again, with other pages. At this moment, we have no faulty page to investigate.

thanks for your help, but the H2 tags still aren't working correctly on both pages for me. It's translated in the WPML Editor - see the screenshot.
We are still looking into the issue - it's been tricky to find the cause, as it happens in very websites and not consistently. For the time being, as a workaround when this happens again, you can send the page for translation via WPML > Translation Dashboard.
