Background of the issue:
I am trying to manage a page in Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish. I have set the pages to 'WordPress editor' under 'translations'.
Symptoms:
When I make changes to the Danish page, the Swedish and Norwegian versions also change. This is problematic because I can't change the Danish page without affecting the others.
Questions:
Why do changes to the Danish page affect the Swedish and Norwegian versions?
How can I prevent changes in one language from affecting other languages?
I have previously written to you because I have a page in Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish, where the Swedish and Norwegian versions change when I make changes to the Danish one. Under 'translations,’ I have set the pages to 'WordPress editor,’ but it still alters the other versions.
It's very problematic for me that I can't change the Danish page without it affecting the others. Can you help me with this?
Could you please provide screenshots that show the problem and the steps you took to encounter it?
If you have previously duplicated the original page, it may still be in duplicate status. To resolve this, you need to edit the duplicated page using the pencil icon (as per my understanding of the WordPress editor you are using) and then click the "Translate Independently" button.
