On the website hidden link, the part in Hero of colibri builder pro does not want to translate. (in Dutch and English)
Is there a solution for this? The rest is well translated

Could you please tell me how this hero section is created in the dashboard? Also, I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

After that, please create a test home page with a hero section and translate it. If the issue is replicable, please let me know the steps to reproduce it.

We have created hero piece but now that part does not come up at all to translate. Via page and then translate.
In our own page it did appear in the list of translations. but dont work

Could you please activate the Pro version on the sandbox site? If you can't, please get in touch with theme support and ask them to activate it for us to debug the issue.

We have been in contact with colibri and they indicated that we should deactivate the key on the existing site and enter it with your site.
But this doesn't work and so we can't get any further with this.
They don't want to create another key.
What can we do more?

We are happy to use wpml for our websites and do not want to switch to polylang.

I apologize, however our plugin is not currently compatible with WPML so
we can't guarantee that it will work as expected, and we are unable to
provide any information on if and when we will ensure compatibility with
it. If you want to make your website available in multiple languages you
will have to use the plugin Polylang, which you will find linked below,
instead of WPML, as it is compatible with our theme. https://wordpress.org/plugins/polylang/
I'm afraid we can't help in this case cause we need the plugin team cooperation in order to debug the issue and collaborate to find a solution.
It seems that the theme author doesn't suggest WPML for the multilingual sites, so the code of the theme is not compatible with WPML for all parts. That's why there are some issues in the translation process.
