Hello,

We are currently experiencing a problem where we are unable to perform automatic translations on our WordPress site. We keep getting an error message saying that we don't have enough credits. However, we have definitely purchased enough credits and assigned them to the correct website (see screenshots in the attachment).

Normal support said that it must be a communication problem between our site and WPML. Can you help us with this?
