This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You need confirmation if automatic renewal is in place for your subscription, and you want to know which credit card is currently active for the next payment.
Solution:
If you enter your credit card details and click

Change payment method

, the card is saved only if the system shows a successful confirmation with no error message. If the page is closed, refreshed, or if

Cancel payment change

is clicked, the card is not saved. After the card is saved successfully, the renewal will be processed automatically on the due date. You do not need to take any further action. As long as the card is valid, has sufficient funds, and allows online payments, the renewal will go through without issue.

We’ve checked your account and can confirm that your subscription is currently active and scheduled to renew automatically tomorrow. Everything looks good on our end, and the payment should be processed as expected.

Since the payment hasn’t gone through yet, the invoice hasn’t been generated—this is completely normal. There’s nothing unusual with your account at this time.

Hello Dear,

how can i know if the credit card is added? how can i be ensure it'll be renewed without issue?
