conflict between WPML and The Events Calendar plugin

Also check this: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wpml-support-67/ https://wordpress.org/support/topic/category-colors-dont-work-with-wpml/ In that last one they simply say: "I’m sorry. It’s simply unlikely to work.", so there are things that will not work with WPML, such as this one. You can ask them to join our https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/.
