Problem:
The client is trying to connect the .de domain to their website but is facing issues with the name servers not connecting due to having only one IP address on their VPS server. They have tried using the domain registrar's name servers and adding DNS records, but the .de domain still does not work. Additionally, language switching on the website does not function correctly, redirecting back to the .nl domain.
Solution:
We recommend checking the setup for domain connections and ensuring that DNS settings are correctly configured. I want to connect the .de domain to the website hidden link
The .com and .fr check is valid, but the .de not. I can not connect my name servers (ns1.glow-media.nl and ns2.glow-media.nl) because I have 1 IP adress on that VPS server. The hosting company said it was the reason why my name servers are not connecting to the domain. So I used the name servers of my domain registrar, and added some DNS records to the IP adress of my VPS server. In the HTTPD code, I used the file location of the .nl domain.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Hi there.

From what I can see on the site, even when I try to switch to different other languages by clicking on the language flags at the top (that should work from what you said), they still don't work.

Even if I try to access the .fr domain (for french for example), I am redirected back to the .nl domain which means that something is not set up properly.

All the flags on the site send us to this same URL: hidden link

Which is a dead URL, it won't change the page, it will just do nothing.

The help that we can give in situations like this is limited because we are not allowed to access customer's hosting panel or domain admin panel.

I recommend that you try to resolve this either with the hosting support or by hiring a WPML contractor (https://wpml.org/contractors/) or a developer.
