Background of the issue:
I installed Contact Form 7 Multilingual and translated the form on my site hidden link. I am trying to display the translated form properly.

Symptoms:
The translated Contact Form 7 is not displaying properly on the page hidden link.

Questions:
Why is the translated Contact Form 7 not displaying properly on my site?
