We did attempt to follow the above steps however the content security policy that we have in place on the live site wouldnt allow us to migrate the information over.
We have now setup a clone of the site on our own hosting and created a user account for yourselves to use, what is the best way to send this sensitive information over?
Hello, thank you for sharing that. You can send us directly here.
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

Thank you for sharing access, I was able to log in. I verified some of your pages, but couldn't find the problem. Can you please share with me step-by-step, how I can reproduce the error?
This way, I'll know better what to look for. Thanks in advance,
We are not sure exactly what triggers the translations to be reverted however it seems to be something to do with the string translations as it only occurs after updating string translations.
I changed strings multiple times, checked a few pages, and still couldn't reproduce the error. Unfortunately, this way, it's impossible to solve the issue, since we can't figure out the cause.
What we can do, is to leave this ticket open and, as soon as you notice this issue again, you can get in touch with me. If possible, please write down which String Translation caused which Page to change. This way, I can check if the behavior is reproducible in the Staging Version you sent me.
Besides that, if the error occurs again, please temporarily deactivate WP Rocket to see if the error disappears (the page returns to the proper language). This way we can also check if it's a caching or WP Rocket related issue.
I'm sorry I wasn't able to reproduce it, but it seems this is an error happening in a very specific content. I'll wait for your feedback.
