[Closed] Content not included in XLIFF export

Background of the issue:
I am trying to export the full content of a page to a translation service via the XLIFF exporter. The word count and downloaded XLIFF files clearly lack the full content. You can see the issue on this page: hidden link. Please watch the video for more information: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The word count and downloaded XLIFF files do not match the full content of the page. Instead of the expected word count, I am getting single-digit numbers.

Questions:
Why is the XLIFF export not including the full content of the page?
How can I ensure the word count matches the number of words on the page, including title tag, meta description, and page title?
