This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is unable to find the translation for the Cookie Settings information on the Welsh page, even after translating all strings.
Solution:
1. We recommend enabling the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered" by going to WPML -> String Translation. At the bottom of the page, check this option, then visit the front-end page where the missing string should appear. After that, return to WPML -> String Translation to search for the string.
2. If the string is still not found, it might be an admin text. Follow the steps in our documentation to find and translate admin text strings: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/
3. For more information on translating CookieYes, refer to our guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/using-wpml-to-translate-cookie-law-info/
4. Additionally, the client was able to resolve the issue by:
1 - Translate the content in the Cookie List
2 - Translate the content in the Cookie Category
3 - Clear the Dynamic Cache and Memcached to ensure that changes take effect.
