[Closed] cookies issue

We're struggling to get cookies listed on the 7 WPML language translated websites for our vetpartners.co.uk website. The UK cookies are listed in each category in the popup and the various translated sites show cookies in the CMS however the popup cookie lists simply show empty cookie categories? I've attached screenshots showing the German cookies in the CMS which lists 7 but shows the category contains 17? and the empty cookie list in the front end. Please could you advise what this might be and what we need to do to correct this as soon as possible?

Please try the following steps:

1- Go to WPML-> Support-> Troubleshooting
2- Run the functions one by one (Kindly check this hidden link)
3- Check the category count
