Our second-tier supporter explains that, according to our tests and the documentation of the Cost Calculator Builder (hidden link), a different calculator needs to be created for each language, and each calculator should be inserted separately.
Our second-tier supporter created a new Arabic page and added the Arabic calculator [stm-calc id="8943"], which works fine here: hidden link.
However, our second-tier supporter noticed some differences between the calculator added in this manner and the one on the front page. When attempting to translate the page using ATE, no parameters appear to be translated, leading our second-tier supporter to believe you may have manually translated the page.
Could you please tell us how you are inserting the shortcode?
Thanks,
Itamar.
