Thank you for sharing the screenshot.

However, if the site is heavy, as you mentioned, this migration might have issues or not be completed. Also, the environment in the Cloudways server is different from the one in the server where your site is hosted. That is the reason why I recommend you to contact your hosting providers to create a staging site 🙂

To save some time and isolate the cause of the issue I have created a fresh new WordPress + WPML + Woocommerce installation which you can access using this link: hidden link

Please create a test product, and a test coupon and double-check if the issue persists. If the issue disappears, then install the 'Woocommerce Smart Coupons' plugin and check the results.

Hi,

sorry for the late reply.

I don't know how it works, but I have tried to edit the coupon URL to &lang=all and added categories in different languages.

And now it works on the cart.
